Joanna Basile has gained experience in the private aviation, hospitality, and mental wellness fields along the way,. Her passion for music has always been evident since growing up in a household of musicians. Out of the gate she managed a world-class recording studio in Chicago - while simultaneously studying film and broadcasting. Her creativity, communication and coordination has been utilized in various opportunities ever since. 

Basile has over 25 years of experience in helping brands and bands achieve success.  She spent time as a regional manager at the Recording Academy, directed and marketed the Live Nation app and was a Sr. Director at leading agencies such as COACT and ROAR. Her marketing mind has set her apart, as does her background in psychology. After earning a counseling certificate with distinction from UCLA, she started a successful private practice in the LA area. Basile was now able to help creatives in a new and fulfilling way. She is an experienced coach and sober companion, and continues working with professionals, entertainers and young adults.   

Basile is also a published writer, co-authoring rock biographies and tour books. She has written music reviews as well as articles for the likes of W Fighter magazine, a publication for women athletes. She was once competitive athlete herself, training in Muay Thai in both Las Vegas and the Netherlands. Basile was awarded for creative excellence in writing, and was a special columnist for The Tennessean, a part of the USA Today network. She could occasionally be heard on Nashville's Lightning 100.

Basile also produces and hosts Unrehearsed with Joanna Basile, a podcast dedicated to helping people, that much like her career, always has a music thread.
